Helping at-risk infants, mothers & families.
The Mission of GrandMas2Go is:
To train “women of wisdom and experience”
as paraprofessional community home visitors
to mentor, nurture and support new mothers,
infants and families during the critical formative years
of childhood brain growth
from pregnancy through preschool.
The Vision of GrandMas2Go is:
To ensure that every infant and toddler

Every New Mother Needs Support
All new mothers need help … because all new mothers are stressed, overwhelmed and “at risk!” Those who lack the trusted support of family or friends are isolated - facing even more challenges. As a community, we must help to “mother every new mother;” to nurture and support new moms and infants, and families.
Every new mother deserves to have a trained, trusted support person to help her negotiate this special - and sometimes stressful - time in her life. A GrandMa2 Go can be that caring, trusted person who helps out when no one else is available.
Together - as a community that cares - we can make a difference for our new mothers and our new babies!
